Since I was 8 years old, music has been the lens through which I perceive the world around me. I have always wanted to see the world in its most still moments as one full of life and energy, often with a soundtrack to help me move through it all.

My time as a photographer has taken me from mountain peaks to concert pits, through the halls of my high school and onto the sports fields of Boise. As I have grown up, I have begun to explore how music manifests in still moments—whether captured on a professional camera, smartphone, or my trusty Polaroid.

I have found my creative center in the electric atmosphere of live performances. Armed with the ubiquitous tool of our age—the smartphone—I seek to transcend its technical limitations, transforming this everyday device into an instrument of artistic expression.

My mission is to immortalize performers at their most authentic, capturing the raw energy that makes live music transcendent. Through my work, I strive to create images that serve as portals, instantly transporting viewers back to that magical moment when the house lights dimmed and the first note rang out.
